The bedrock. We teach a series of practical skills enabling people to deliver their messages, internally or externally, in a simple, clear and highly engaging way.
Pitch
We’re not all salespeople, but we need to be able to pitch our ideas and products in a compelling and persuasive manner. We teach the methods of high-performing persuaders & influencers and help teams construct the perfect pitch.
Lead
High quality leadership is hard to define, but easy to recognise. We teach the ‘Why', ‘What' and ‘How' of excellent leadership skills. Learn the simple science underpinning excellent leadership, ensure you have the right team onboard and know how to guide them in the vital interplay between thinking and doing. Leaders will be armed with a detailed playbook to implement these skills in a proven framework. Post-course ongoing support and tools are included.
